The Technical Paper Review Committee evaluates every submission against the following 13-point checklist. All criteria must be addressed before a final decision is made.
Approval Threshold: To satisfy final approval, 3 out of 5 committee members — excluding the Committee Head or Deputy Head — must provide their approval. Each criterion below is assessed as Yes, No, or N/A with optional remarks.
Use this checklist to self-assess your paper before submission. Papers that satisfy all applicable criteria are significantly more likely to receive committee approval.
