Follow these guidelines carefully to ensure your abstract and technical paper are properly structured and formatted before submission.
Important: These guidelines apply to all submissions. Papers that do not meet the formatting and structural requirements will be returned for revision before the committee review begins. Please review the Evaluation Criteria in parallel to ensure your paper satisfies all review checkpoints.
The title of your paper should be short, specific, and informative, ideally between 10 and 15 words. It should clearly communicate the subject and scope of the work without being vague or overly broad.
The abstract is the first impression of your paper. It must be a single paragraph of 100–200 words that gives readers a quick and accurate understanding of the paper's main contribution.
Keywords help categorize your paper and make it discoverable. Select 4–6 words that accurately represent the core themes of your work.
The main body of your paper must follow a clear, logical structure. Each section serves a specific purpose and must be clearly labeled with headings and subheadings.
All submitted papers must adhere to the following formatting standards. Papers that do not meet these requirements may be returned for revision before review.
